Credentials
I built my expertise over more than 25 years in organizational, talent, and change leadership. As Group Head of Talent at a FTSE 250 global financial services firm, I built the Talent function from the ground up, shaping how the company attracts, develops, and retains its people. Before that, I spent 12 years at a global Fintech, first managing strategy and execution for the executive team, then leading Organization Development, which gave me a rare view of the business from both the operating and people sides. Earlier roles in management consulting and change management rounded out a career spent solving people and business problems across very different environments.
My credentials include a professional coaching certification from NYU, an ICF-accredited training institution, alongside a certificate in Organizational Development from Columbia University Teachers College. In addition to being SHRM-SCP certified, I have completed executive education at Harvard Business School and NYU. I also hold a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University, a background that continues to inform my approach to systems and processes.
