There's always a better way. That's been my mantra since studying engineering as an undergraduate, and it's shaped how I think about people, process, and systems in the workplace ever since — a relentless curiosity about what's possible, even inside real-world constraints.

What to Expect

Pre-work conversations. I meet with the team lead to understand the context and what's prompting the request.
