Hi, I'm Michele Moskowitz. I coach organizational leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs who are navigating change or transition and need help untangling what's actually holding them back.

There's always a better way. That's been my mantra since studying engineering as an undergraduate, and it's shaped how I think about people, process, and systems in the workplace ever since — a relentless curiosity about what's possible, even inside real-world constraints.

My coaching approach is direct, grounded, and genuinely invested in getting my clients to the other side of whatever they're working through, not just talking about it.

About Me

My Services.

One on one Coaching.

My work with clients centers on the decisions, career transitions, and operational hurdles you face in the workplace.

What to Expect

  • A collaborative partnership. I act as your dedicated thought partner, working alongside you to help you navigate your current circumstances and develop your own path forward.

  • Pragmatic and insightful dialogue. I provide the perspective needed to untangle fuzzy, complex challenges and distill them into actionable strategies.

  • An emphasis on results. Our engagements focus on concrete objectives, ensuring each meeting drives tangible progress.

Team Building Workshops.

My work with teams is about making the invisible dynamics visible, so the team can stop working around the problem and start working through it.

What to Expect

  • Pre-work conversations. I meet with the team lead to understand the context and what's prompting the request.

  • A facilitated session. The focus is on surfacing dynamics, not just discussing them (format and length scaled to the team's size and need).

  • Practical agreements. The team leaves with new perspectives and shared commitments, not just a conversation that fades by Monday.
